New Religion is Primal Fear's seventh full length album, released on September 21, 2007. The promo version of the album was leaked onto torrent websites on August 10, 2007.

Epica's Simone Simons provides guest vocals on "Everytime It Rains". Two lead guitar solos are provided by Magnus Karlsson. There are additional orchestral arrangements by Mat Sinner and Matz Ulmer.
